Virtual Appointment + Try At Home
We know the world, including the wedding industry, is a bit of tricky place now and travelling to try on dresses may not be an option. That’s why we’re making our collection available via virtual appointments and try-at-home services.
How It Works
1. Meet virtually for free with our stylist to discuss your wish list and browse our collection, free of charge. If you see something you like, we'll book you for a first-in-line appointment when we reopen.
2. Can't wait? No problem. Brides interested in purchasing now can pick up to 3 outfits to try on at home for £65 under our Try at Home service.
3. Your outfits will be sent to you via a trusted courier on Friday and we'll arrange a complimentary pickup of anything you don't want the following Tuesday.
4. The service fee is redeemable towards any future purchase, at home or in store, and we'll donate 1/3 of our profits to charity programmes working to support girls and end child marriage. Don't forget to check out our Dress Guarantee.

Our Dress Guarantee
We know how difficult it is to plan a wedding when Covid-19 keeps changing the rules. How can you be confident about your dress choice when things are so uncertain?
Well now you can be. To give you peace of mind, from 28th September 2020 for the following 6 months, any dress purchased from Brides do Good can be swapped at any time, for any other dress in store provided you have not adjusted or worn it.
You will receive 100% store credit for the full price you paid for your dress. So now if your wedding plans change, so can your dress.

Try At Home Terms & Conditions
Up to 3 dresses may be chosen depending on size + weight of the items and subject to availability. We will operate on a first come first serve basis and your slot can be booked in advance. There will be a charge of £65 for one box which will accommodate up to 3 outfits including delivery and collection. Additional dresses are at an extra cost of £20 each.
Currently UK only. Delivery locations outside of London and the surrounding counties will be charged differently, please ask us for an estimate.
Dresses will be sent delivered to you on Friday and picked up the following Tuesday . Items not purchased should be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition to avoid additional charges.
At time of booking your service payment can be made via debit, credit card or Paypal. You will also be required to sign our T&C's electronically and provide card details to guarantee the dresses against any damage or non-return. All payment details will be kept securely according to data protection requirements and will be destroyed upon completion of the service.
Once returned, we will check over the items. Any damage or cleaning bills will be charged to the card on file. Failure to return any items will result in your card being charged the full amount of anything missing.
You must arrange to be in during delivery times and items must be handed to you by the courier.
We ask that you avoid getting make-up on our dresses. If you have a headscarf or light fabric, this can be put over your face when putting the dress on to avoid this.
The service fee will be fully redeemable against any purchases you make during the Try at Home service, or during any future in store appointment for yourself or a friend.
