Beautiful bride Leah and her partner Alastair said ‘I Do’ at the Chateau Lagorce in Bordeaux, France last year. The couple made the most of the stunning, sun-soaked venue and spread their celebrations over three-days, joined by their closest friends and family...
Leah looked totally fabulous in our Malati gown by Atelier Lyanna, featuring a sheer lace bodice, graceful long sleeves and a romantic tulle skirt, which perfectly suited her outdoor, rustic theme.
"I had purchased a full price brand new dress from a bridal shop which unfortunately turned out to be not what a wanted, 5 weeks before I was due to get married. As soon as I walked into the Brides do Good pop-up at Bicester Village I explained my situation and they said they could help me. I was worried that we were so close to the wedding I’d have to make do with my dress but the staff were lovely and helped me try other styles.
As soon as I put my dress on I knew it was the one, it suited me and my theme wonderfully, and just felt right! The story behind Brides do Good is so amazing, I felt very happy to be a part of it, and above all, relieved to have found my dream dress!
Getting married in France meant so much to us – we love the food and the scenery, and the venue was incredible, it was all made extra special because our guests were able to stay with us to celebrate, along with our two children, Archie (6) and Freddie (18 months)!
A special thank you to Anna at the Chateau who listened so carefully, and made us feel completely at ease.
My dress, and our day, was better than we could have imagined. It was entirely perfect."
