DELIVERY – ONLINE SALES
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you place your order and then, a dispatch notification email which will provide you with a tracking number for your delivery. You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. If you have already received the item, please see our returns policy for online sales below.
Orders will be processed and you will be contacted to arrange for receipt of the item within 2 working days of the order having been placed. We will work with you to find the best date for delivery via our nominated courier, please note all orders require a signatory on receipt. Unless subject to delays outside of our control we will deliver your items to you as soon as reasonably possible within 2 weeks of the order, and in any event within 30 days of having accepted your order.
If you are not at the delivery address on the day of agreed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery, however there may be an additional cost.
If you do not work with us to rearrange the delivery, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs. If, despite reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract for sale. If we do this, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for any products not provided, but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the costs we may have incurred as a result.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If you are unable to accept delivery, or if our supply of the products is delayed by an external event then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. This does not affect your statutory rights to cancel the order within 14 days of having placed iT.

All deliveries and returns are insured whilst being shipped. Once the package is signed for, the items then become your responsibility.
We endeavor to reply to emails and voicemails within 48 hours.
RETURNS – ONLINE SALES ONLY
For items bought online, we offer a free of charge 14 day returns service, in addition to the 14 days cancellation policy after the order has been placed. In order to qualify for refund after your order has been processed you must return the item within 28 days since the order was placed.

Please note, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account depending on your card issuer after the item has been returned to us and reviewed.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be unworn, without damage and returned in the original packaging within 14 days of when you received it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item for a refund the items are insured by us from the moment they are collected by the courier.

RETURNS – ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE OR AT A POP-UP EVENT
Items purchased in store, at a pop-up event or at any physical location managed by or stocking Brides do Good products are sold as seen and all sales are final and without refund, return or exchange. Some of our items are pre-loved and pre-worn and may be subject to normal wear and tear. Whilst we make every effort to ensure our pre-loved stock is of excellent standard, it is your duty to ensure you are happy with any flaws pertaining to a particular item before you purchase it.
If an item is significantly damaged to the extend it is not fit for purpose at the point of sale please return it to the original purchase location or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund or exchange. Please note this does not apply to normal wear and tear visible at point of sale.
